Composition:
Each capsule contains at least 2 billion live cultures of microorganisms (2x10⁹ CFU/capsule) , which corresponds to 10 billion live cultures of microorganisms in 1 gram .
Application:
- Standard dosage: Take 1-2 capsules once or twice daily with a meal and some liquid.
- For antibiotics: 4 capsules per day, evenly distributed throughout the day, continue for another 2 weeks after the end of therapy.
- When traveling: Start 7 days before the trip with the usual dose, increase to 4 capsules per day during the trip and continue for at least 7 days after returning.
- For children under 12 years of age: Half the adult dose.
