Uriage Xémose PSO Soothing Concentrate is specially formulated for localized dry, thickened and scaly areas of skin , typical of skin prone to psoriasis. This intensive care soothes irritations , reduces thickening and relieves itching , while restoring the skin barrier.

Enriched with Uriage thermal water , Illipé butter , urea and the patented TLR2-Regul complex , the concentrate provides a targeted effect without feeling heavy or greasy on the skin.
