Solgar Lecithin 1360 mg, 100 capsules – support for healthy cell membranes and the brain

Solgar Lecithin is a nutritional supplement in the form of capsules containing lecithin, an important phospholipid that participates in the creation of cell membranes and is found in significant quantities in brain tissue. Lecithin contributes to the maintenance of normal cell function and supports brain health.

The product is without sugar, salt and starch, does not contain corn, yeast, wheat or dairy ingredients, and is formulated without artificial preservatives, flavors or colors. Each capsule contains soy lecithin, gelatin and glycerol (from palm oil) as a moisture-preserving agent, and the recommended daily dose (up to six capsules) provides 8,160 mg of soy lecithin, including choline, inositol and phosphorus.

It is recommended to take one to six capsules daily, with a meal. The product should be stored in a dry and dark place, at a temperature of up to 25 °C, out of the reach of children.
